Collaborate Ultra - Guest Access
You can use Collaborate Ultra to host guest speakers or other guests who may not have access to your Blackboard course. This option is available both in the Course Room and other sessions you have created.
To get a guest link for a particular session, go to the “Session Options” menu for that session:
Then select the “Copy Guest Link” option.
If the “Copy Guest Link” option is not available you may need to turn Guest Access on. To turn the guest access on or off, or to change the guest access settings, select the “Edit Settings” option.
The guest settings are the first set of options in the settings panel.
