Downloading Kaltura Videos to your computer from My Media

Kaltura Videos created using Kaltura Capture can be downloaded in the My Media section in Blackboard. Downloading Kaltura videos is two step process: you must first edit the video settings to allow the video to be downloaded. Then, you can down the video to your own computer.

1. From the Blackboard home screen, click on My Media

2. Navigate to the video you would like to download, and click on the pencil icon to the right of video title. This will bring up the Editing Screen.

3. On this screen, click on the Downloads tab. Select one of the available formats. HD/Large should suffice for most videos. Then Click Save.

    

4. After clicking Save, click on Go To Media.

5. On this screen a Downloads tab will now be present. Click on this tab, then click on the Download Icon, highlighted in a red box below.
