Adding Collaborators to Media
You can add co-publishers to media to allow colleagues or peers to use the media in their courses without making changes to it.
Go to the My Media module on your Blackboard homepage.
2. Select the “Edit” icon to edit the video.
3. Select the “Collaboration” tab, then select “Add Collaborator”.
4. In the “Add Collaborator” window, type the USA email address for the person you wish to share the video with and check the box for “Co-Publisher”. Then select “Add”.
If you can’t find the person you wish to the share the video with in the search box, they may need to activate their Kaltura account through Blackboard. Once that person has clicked on “My Media” in the My Media module on their Blackboard homepage their account will be created.
