The deadline for master course maintenance requests for Fall 2023 is June 23Spring 2024 is October 27, 2023.
All master course maintenance requests should come from Course Coordinators/Leads (or someone appointed to represent the master course) and should include routine maintenance only. If you are not a Course Coordinator but would like to request changes to a master course, please contact your designated Course Coordinator, designated Course Lead or your Program Director/Chair.
Note: Course Coordinators, Designated Course Leads, Program Directors and Chairs can request reviewer access to a master course at any time throughout the term. To request reviewer access to a master, submit a master course maintenance request. The full timeline for Summer 2023 Spring 2024 term copy is below:
June 23October 27, 2023: Maintenance requests due by end of day (local time)
July 21November 24, 2023: Course copy process begins
July 25November 28, 2023: Faculty begin getting access to course sections
September 1January 5, 20232024: Students get access to course sections
September 5January 8, 20232024: Fall Spring 2024 term begins
