The USAHS Keep Learning Guide has been designed to support students in the transition of all learning, including lab sessions and exams, where applicable, to a virtual format.

We recognize that this time of unexpected disruption of normal learning opportunities is difficult. This guide is intended to support you with essential online learning strategies and tools.

Technical Support is always available through our IT Self Help Portal, which includes technical support articles and support scheduling. IT support is available 24/7 at 1-888-80-USAHS, support@usa.edu, or online chat. Visit the IT Virtual Kiosk or schedule an appointment with an IT specialist at MyUSA.

For instructional support and questions, please reach out to your course faculty and/or Program Director. Program Directors are also scheduling virtual meeting times, so be sure to reach out for help or questions.

The most important thing to remember is that we are here for you. Your faculty, academic leaders, and student service professionals, and administrative offices are all available to you and the though the university campuses are closed to students for your health and safety, the university remains open during our regular business hours. We encourage you to take full advantage of all of the virtual tools, technologies, and communications opportunities available.

This guide will be continually updated.  Please check back daily for content and resource updates.
