Hiding Grade Center Columns from Students

Faculty can select to hide grade columns from students. This will prevent students from viewing their grade for that assignment in the My Grades area.

1. Go to the Course Management menu below the main course menu and select Full Grade Center.

2. Select the options menu (chevron icon) next to the column header for the column you wish to hide from students.

3. Select the “Hide from students (on/off)” option from the menu.

4. When a grade center column is hidden from students, it will appear with a red slash icon in the header as in the screenshot below. Repeat steps 2 and 3 above to unhide the column.
